Slewing Rings support radial, axial and tilting moment loads. They are suitable for oversized designs with high loads. Bearing arrangements with radial and axial bearing combinations can often be reduced to one bearing position. As a result, the effort and costs associated with the design of companion structures and the installation of rolling bearings are in some cases considerably reduced in the case of slewing rings. Slewing rings are sealed on both sides and lubricated with high-quality lubricants. In addition, slewing rings can be relubricated via the grease nipple. They are very easy to fit. The bearing rings are manufactured without teeth or with external or internal teeth to realize simple drive solutions. Slewing rings are available in three variants: Four-point contact bearing, crossed roller bearing, ball and cage assembly.
Areas of application: Conveyor technology, plant construction, steel mills, wind turbines, construction machinery, mining and opencast mining, shipbuilding, offshore
