BALL BEARINGS

These versatile bearings have many uses. There are many different designs that can absorb radial or axial forces, depending on the form. Various sealing methods and materials can also be used. Some types can compensate for alignment errors and attain high speeds.

ROLLER BEARINGS

These bearings are characterized by high load capacities and type variations. Like ball bearings, roller bearings can absorb radial or axial loads (depending on their form) and compensate for alignment errors. There are single row and multiple row versions as well as bearings with a full complement of rollers.

SPHERICAL PLAIN BEARINGS

These bearings are ideally suited for use with tilting and swivelling movements that require high load ratings. In addition, they allow lower production tolerances and compensate well for tilted shaft positioning. Some types are maintenance-free and appropriate for use in difficult application areas.

NEEDLE ROLLER BEARINGS / PULLE

Despite a relatively high load capacity, these bearings have a very low installation height. Different versions are available from single or double row types and versions with a full complement of rollers to light or heavy versions. Combined needle roller bearings can also absorb axial forces. Needle roller bearings are also built into many pulleys or support rollers or cam rollers.

HIGH PRECISION BEARINGS

These bearings are designed either as ball bearings or cylindrical roller bearings. They are of very high production quality and can reach very high speeds. Materials used for the rolling elements include steels and ceramics. When high precision bearings are arranged in pairs, they are individually adapted for their respective characteristics. They are used primarily in precision machinery.

HOUSED BEARING UNITS / BEARING

These bearings consist of a housing and an insert. The housing is made of grey cast iron, sheet steel or plastic, but could also be made of other cast materials. The housings are closed or open based on the design version. Depending on the version, these bearings can withstand powerful, rough environmental effects.

SLIDING BEARINGS

These bearings come in a wide variety of designs. They are available as bushings, disks, strips or other forms. The materials used include metals as well as plastics and composites. Sliding bearings can withstand the high distributed loads and some are maintenance-free. The sliding capacity does not depend on the effective direction.

SLEWING BEARINGS

These large rolling bearings are used for the simultaneous transfer or axial and radial forces and tilting moment. They are designed for use in rough, everyday conditions and create the largest rolling bearing connections. Depending on the design version they can be driven by gears. There are many standard series as well as special, customer-specific solutions.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories are often required in order to guarantee the function of the rolling bearings. For example, retaining rings secure rolling bearings to shafts or in housings, shaft sealing rings provide protection from moisture or contamination and lubricating devices ensure reliable lubrication.
